Screen Printing FAQ’s

Q: Why is there is no pricing on your website?
A: Since we are a custom screen printer each job is different and needs to be quoted on an individual basis.

Q: How much does a shirt cost? 
A: The cost of a shirt depends on many variables:
To be able to give you an accurate quote we will need to have the following information.
1) Total quantity of shirts being printed
2) The color and type of shirt that you need
3) The number of colors in your design
4) The number of locations being printed

Q: What is your minimum quantity?
A: Our minimum quantity for screenprinting is 24 pieces. Our price breaks occur at 24, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 400, 500, and up.   Typically any size variation is fine within your order, but please be advised that plus size shirts will be more.

Q: How long does it take to finish an order?
A: In general, we can complete most orders in 7-10 business days. If you need something sooner, we will be happy to consider rush jobs, but rush charges may apply.

Q: Do you need a deposit to place an order?
A: Yes, we will ask for a 50% deposit to begin your order, and the remainder is due at the time of pick up.

Q: Why are small quantities so much more expensive?
A: Once we are set up to print we can print 300-400 shirts per hour. The set-up time is the factor that drives up cost on small orders. It typically takes 1-2 hours to set up a job. If you order 24 shirts, the set up time be 60 minutes, while the actual print time may only be 5-10 minutes.

Q: Do you order our shirts, or will you print on shirts that I purchase.
A: In general, we will not print on customer provided garments. We can order almost any garment that you may need. We have multiple vendors that we can order shirts, jackets, caps, team wear, cheer wear, and dance wear through to meet all your needs. In some cases we can order garments today and receive them tomorrow.

Embroidery FAQ’s

Q: Do you offer embroidery?
A: Yes we offer embroidery on all our garments.

Q: What is your minimum quantity for embroidery?
A: We have a minimum of 12 pieces for embroidery.

Q: Can I put the same logo on caps, shirts and bags?
A: The sewing area on a cap is usually smaller than that on shirts and bags so that might present a small problem. We usually can make small adjustments to the logo and make it work on hats. If we know at the time that you place your order that you may need both sizes for your logo, we can have both sizes digitized at the same time for one fee.

Q: How much does embroidery cost?
A: There are two cost to consider for embroidery:
1) The digitizing fee is what it costs to set your logo up for the first time. It is a one time only fee and varies with the complexity of your logo. Digitizing fees can range from $30 – $100.
2) The price to embroider each garment varies by stitch count. We must see your logo before we can quote you a price.
